The FCRC exists because of the path laid out by the Equal Justice Initiative that coalesced around remembering victims of white supremacy in our community.

Compassionate Atlanta supports the FCRC as a fiscal sponsor.

The FCRC is grateful to the Auburn Avenue Research Library for permanently housing the exhibit of our soil collections and providing our regular meeting space.

Our Atlanta Massacre soil collection event featured speakers and presenters on the historical moment, and the lasting legacy of racial violence, at the home of Project South.

At our unveiling of the “Stories From The Soil” exhibit, we were moved by InterPlay Atlanta’s Soulprint Players‘ performance.
